I often don't notice that people are talking to me. Maybe you should make somekind of tune so you notice that people are trying to talk to you. Just a question: Would you like to hear a sound when you receive a private chat message or also when you receive a public chat message? (The question is open to everybody). On my opinion I think it's better to put by default sounds on private messages and not on public messages, but in both cases the option to enable/disable the sound.
