Byond is some kind of multiplayer game making plataform. Cause of that, many ppl make Dragon ball games and stuff... and of course, there r good Naruto games on it!! All RPGs by the way.

I used to play a lot in there too, but not Naruto games. Dunno if the name changed, but the game I used to play was Dragon Ball Heroes United (Dragon Ball RPG with saga quests, and sprites from LoG). Very fun game at that time (was still new at that time). Also played another Dragon Ball game I cant remember, but I remember to Enrage with my Half Saiyan (at max, doubling my LP), and fuse with other ppl... good times
